It's October 8th and the weather the weather is in the 70's and sunny. So I decided to run 3 miles today. The run felt better than the day before my time was 25:12 I can tell I wasn't use to running 3 miles. Time was about :24 seconds slower. My pace was around 8:37. Thinking of going back to 2 miles tomorrow. And I am throwing the idea of running a 10k in December (spruce scoot) and the sunburst next May.
Tip of the day: when running run at a pace you could have a conversation with someone. If you can't then you are going to fast.

Day 12 of running 2013
It's October 7 and I decided to go up to 3 miles. I ran it in 24:48 and the weather was 55 cloudy and rainy. I ran again by myself today. I added a few more hills when I run 3 miles which is good. It's the first time I ran 3 miles since the spring. I'm thinking of running 3 miles again tomorrow to after work.
Tip of the day: when running always look straight a head of you and not down.

Day 11 of running 2013
On October 2nd I ran 2 more miles at 16:21 I'm getting a little faster but still trying to get down around 16:00 minutes. The weather was nice again today like the last few days. My half for today was 7:54 and I ran by myself again today. Planning on running 2 miles again tomorrow afternoon after work.
Tip of the day: if u have never ran or have and haven't for awhile start with a low mileage like 1 or 2 miles.

Day 10 of running 2013
On October 1st I ran another 2 miles at a time of 16:49. Ran by myself and the weather was 75 and sunny. My half was 8:04. I have been running the same 2 miles for awhile now. Trying to think of a different 2 miles but haven't yet.

Day 9 of running 2013
It's September 28 ran 2 miles today by myself. Time for today was 16:27. It went down a little bit from the day before. The weather was in the 70's again and sunny. My half for today was 8:04 a little slower than the day before. Overall it was a good run. Looking to improve on that time tomorrow.

Day 8 of running 2013
On September 27 I ran another 2 miles. Ran it in 16:31. Weather was in the 70's and sunny. For some reason I always seam a little sore or tight in the first half mile. Ran by myself again today. Gives me a chance to get away from everything and enjoy the weather and talk to god. My half was 7:55 about around the same of the others. For tomorrow's run I think I'll do 2 miles again.

Day 7 of running 2013
September 26th ran 2 miles today. Ran it in 16:48 today a little slower than yesterday. The weather was in the 70's again and sunny. My half was 8:08 slower than what I thought it would be. I live in the country and it is so peaceful out here. Running gives me time to think and get away from things to. This time of year it is nice seeing the trees change to.

Day 6 of running 2013
September 25th ran 2 miles today. I'm getting use to running again my time went down :20 seconds from yesterday. Weather was about the same nice and sunny. My half for today was 7:54. Ran by myself again today. I'm trying to get Garth to run with me but he hasn't yet since spring. But that's alright he runs on a tread mill instead.

September 24 I ran another 2 miles by myself. Ran it in 16:56. Weather was great for running sunny in the 70's with no wind. My half was 8:10 for 2 miles. I'm still working on getting my time down under 16:00 minutes.

Day 4 of running 2013
After I ran the 10k in June I didn't run for almost 4 months. That was a mistake. I started running again at the end of September on the 23rd. I ran 2 miles in 16:39 which wasn't bad. I didn't back track to bad since the spring. The weather was nice. It was in the 70's. I want to get down in the low 16's though. But overall I was happy with my time. Ran by myself to.
Running a 10k: Day 3 June 1, 2013
I didn't get as much on here as I wanted to before I ran the 10k that I did in south bend this year. Me and Garth ran the 10k in the sun burst and ran it in under a hour. Our time was 57:31 . We got under our goal we wanted to run it under a hour. We have decided to run it next year to.
