Today I ran 3 miles.  I ran it in 24:02, I felt like I was going slower than I thought.  The weather wasn't to bad it was around 68 degrees and cloudy.  I was slower in the first half of my run than I was in the second half of it.  My mile splits for this run was 8 minutes.  Over all I had a good run.
