Day 2 June 22, 2011

I ran another 3 mile run.  The run started off good.  A little breeze but it felt good.  I ran with my friend garth, I usually will go a little slower if I run with him because he's not use to running like I am.  My time for today was 24:55.  My mile splits  were a little slower today but they were still around 8 minutes they were 8:18.  My 1 1/2 mile time was 13:39 and the run today felt a little better.  I didn't go out as fast and I pace myself better.  Even though the  weather was good it started raining right before I started the 2nd mile.  Which made me run faster because I really didn't want to run in the rain today even though I don't mind it.  Overall it was a good run.
