I ran 3 miles today.  The weather was nice it was 75 degrees outside and no wind.  My time for my run today was 24:15.  My time was better than I thought, I thought I was going to run like 26 minutes for 3 miles.  Because it felt like I was dragging the second half of the run.  But my mile splits weren't to bad they we 8:05.  And at the 1 1/2 mile I was at 11:39.  So for pushing myself as hard as I could I was happy with my time for now.
